Ambassador Trust, a non-profit faith-based organization, was incorporated in 1997. Originally known as B’Seder (Hebrew for “in order”) Ministries while in Israel, we officially changed our name to Ambassador Trust when called out to Scotland from Jerusalem in 2000. We served there for 3 years. During those 6 years we were regularly in and out of Ukraine. Over the past decade, we served the “Body” in the Jacksonville, Florida area. We have now been called to New Zealand.

Jerusalem

In Jerusalem, we served the greater church as a servant leadership ministry. We found the Body weakened and in much need of a “fill in the gap” ministry. Hosting several YWAM (YOUTH WITH A MISSION) teams from around the world, we served both the Jewish and Arab Body of Christ. We were able to serve the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem,  King of Kings Jerusalem, Musalaha (Reconciliation), and Beit Hanina Christian School with a 98% Arab Islamic student body. This is a short list of the many churches and para-church ministries in the Holy Land served. Often, ministries in the Holy Land, because of the strong political, social, and historical divisions, had to choose either Jew or Arab to serve. It was clear the Lord made His point that "there is neither Jew nor Gentile in Christ"  and that we would be one by serving one another as He served us. Our three years of ministry in Israel were provided at a time which the greater church needed strengthening and encouragement.

Ukraine-Then and Now

While in and out of Ukraine our primary ministry was teaching/preaching throughout the churches in Western Ukraine with an emphasis on unity and the presence of God through the Holy Spirit. Also, we spent significant time teaching leadership at the University of Ternopil . We also served at the Bethlehem Orphanage funding, teaching, and volunteering. It was during these years in Ukraine that God gave us our adopted son, John, to bring into our family. More recently, in 2019 & 2020 we have “found new members of our family” in Ukraine and new callings there. Please go to our “News” feed and get all the details or click this link! In 2022, we have now returned to support our beloved Ukraine and family in the face of Russia’s evil invasion. Meet many refugees and those meeting their special needs in the News feed or click this link.

Scotland

In Scotland, Ambassador Trust opened a large Conference and Retreat Center, Ambassador House, overlooking the North Sea. There we provided teaching in the Word, Worship, and Prayer (and a place for the clergy to come and rest). We also hosted and led many small groups and provided individual mentoring. It was during these gatherings that there was much strengthening of the faith which took place for many Scots.  We served an area of 150 radius miles. In addition, we opened a teen gathering place called The Upper Room where many of the teens opened the Bible for the first time.

USA

After returning to the United States in 2003, we have served in Executive leadership capacities at Project SOS (Strengthening our Students), Global Day of Prayer Worldwide Broadcast, Gordon Conwell Seminary Advisory Board, Redeemer Church Board of Trustees and Elders and at Lifework Leadership First Coast. Over the last several years, Ambassador Trust was the non-profit in which Lifework Leadership was housed in Jacksonville. The mission/vision of Lifework is Transforming Leaders, Transforming Cities. The Lifework experience is an amazing eight month executive business leadership curriculum with Jesus as the leadership model. There are now 250 key executive leaders in Jacksonville/First Coast seeking to fulfill their God-calling in the workplace and another 40 in training. For information about Lifework, please go to the local or national web site at www.lifeworkleadershipjax.org  or www.lifeworkleadership.org.

New Zealand

Ambassador Trust Today? Our next calling is to go to New Zealand. We spent the month of January 2018 on a scouting tour and found the Christian membership declining rapidly and to be at a low point in it's rich Christian history. We plan to engage and integrate into the local community and partner with local ministries. In addition, we will partner with Lifework Leadership and Doxa Deo to help bring the faith@work message to assist city transformation. We will base out of the South Island region of Otago and Canterbury, specifically Wanaka and Christchurch, and follow God’s plan for strengthening the Body of Christ. The why, when, and what are now established. As with our previous callings in other nations, once on the ground more of the specific strategies will be revealed by the Lord. For such a time as this, New Zealand needs strengthening of the walls of the faith.

CITY FOR THE NATIONS

Our new work in Ukraine following our work in New Zealand came to an untimely halt. We unfortunately experienced being put in time out with the rest of the country due to COVID in February 2020. Our next steps to Ukraine would have to wait. Ministering in the mountains of NC and getting caught up in Jacksonville with our team was refreshing. In December of 2020, the Lord clearly called us to a new focus to assist a new ministry to be launched domestically in Jacksonville Florida, City for the Nations. After multiple leadership gatherings over the next 9 months, we were ready to launch our first city wide gathering called The Great Commission Summit on September 17, 2020. It was time for Jacksonville “to go” and adopt Thailand and it’s Unreached Unengaged People Groups!!

The following link will provide you with a complete overview of C4N First Coast and the launch of this very special calling and ministry. City for the Nations Launch Link

Please join us by praying for God’s favor and our fulfillment of God’s plan in our “going” and "Filling in the Gap".
